Mad Capper

Mad Capper showcases the history of a building that was once a shoe store, then a grocery store, and finally a training gym and bar in 1927. The owner, Johnny Ertle, stood at 4'11" and was a force to be reckoned with, earning the Bantamweight World Championship Title. Visitors can explore his story and view original training memorabilia in the restaurant. Aiming to match the historical feel for this menu was my goal, and putting something together to keep the history alive is a privilege.
